INDONESIA SOAP PROJECT (2020-2021)
Our partners in Indonesia are creating over 250 bars of anti-bacterial soap to help underserved populations.
Easy access to bar soap is something most of us take for granted here in the United States. However, in our second service location, Indonesia, that isn't the case. In fact, thousands of undeserved people lack access to simple bar soap, and that's where we can help. SMOA's Indonesian team is creating bar soap for donation and purchase, while maintaining socially distant and health guidelines. SMOA's U.S division is financing this project, and the Indonesian division is constructing and distributing the product. To make this project fiscally responsible, SMOA Indonesia is donating one free bar of soap for every two sold. The bars of soap come in 3 varieties: lavender, lemon and vanilla.
